This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our process, timelines, and commitments for business and corporate deliveries.

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

All standard orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Customized, branded, or bulk corporate orders may require 7–12 business days for production and personalization, depending on order volume and design approval timelines.

Orders move into production only after artwork/design confirmation and receipt of payment or purchase order (as applicable).

Once dispatched, clients receive a shipping confirmation email with complete tracking details.

2. Delivery Timelines

We partner with leading logistics and courier networks to ensure secure and timely delivery across India and abroad.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary based on product availability, customization complexity, destination, or courier network conditions.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, volume, and delivery mode. Complimentary standard delivery may be offered on large corporate or repeat orders as part of contractual agreements or promotional terms.

All additional freight, handling, or express delivery charges (if applicable) are shared transparently before dispatch.

4. Packaging & Presentation

Every shipment is packed with the utmost care, reflecting the premium nature of our brand and our clients’ reputation. We use eco-friendly, durable, and custom-branded packaging options to ensure gifts arrive in pristine condition — ready for presentation to employees, clients, or partners.

5. Tracking & Notifications

Once shipped, clients receive an automated email or WhatsApp update with tracking information. Bulk shipments can be tracked through our corporate order dashboard or directly through our logistics partner portals.

6. Delivery Exceptions & Support

If a shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date). Provide your order ID, photos, and issue details to help us resolve the matter efficiently.

Depending on the case, we will initiate a replacement, reshipment, or resolution within 3–5 business days.

7. International Orders & Customs

For international shipments, orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are borne by the client or recipient organization. Arrow Gifter ensures accurate documentation to minimize clearance delays.

8. Address Accuracy & Access

Please ensure that the delivery address, contact details, and business name are accurate and accessible during working hours. We are not liable for delays arising from incorrect addresses, restricted access, or recipient unavailability.

9. Delivery Attempts & Redelivery

Couriers typically attempt delivery twice. If the parcel is undeliverable after repeated attempts, it will be returned to our facility. A re-shipping charge may apply for redelivery, unless previously agreed upon in contract terms.
